Global Market Solutions “GMS” is a consulting and software company in the treasury and capital
Our projects are located in the main European financial places (London, Frankfort, Paris, Amsterdam,
Brussels, Copenhagen, Stockholm) and our employees and management split across those locations.
In 2010 we started with 5 people and have reached rapidly 30 people after 2 years. It has highlighted
new constraints in terms of processes and information system.
For GMS, a centralized information system became a key element to manage the company and
implement standard procedures applicable to everyone in the company. We needed a shared
platform for the following business requirements:
More recently, we have launched an ISO certification program and are currently in “pre-production”.
Most of our HR and Administrative procedures are centralized in our centralized information system.
The system we have chosen in 2013 is ELLIS BUSINESS. It is a modern platform filling our
requirements in all locations. The development roadmap of the solution supplier gives us
improvements on a regular basis and helps us in our growth.

The new features that we received along the way and using have been built in a partnership model;
Global Market Solutions is providing detailed business requirements and ELLIS BUSINESS develops,
tests and rollout the new feature.
We have recently built together a strong repository of test cases to ease the new versions rollouts
and benefit from the latest improvements.
To conclude, for a company with a rapid growth it is mandatory to have a strong solution partnership
to cover the new requirements we face every day in the business. ELLIS BUSINESS has been able to
